Turn left onto Hawk Drive.
Cross Arroyo Vista.
Proceed up the hill to 16650 East Hawk.
Turn right into the drive way.
Take the driveway down to the lower level and park your vehicle on the space provided. (Marked with an "X")
Follow the sign "Doctor's Office" to the entry door.
